We are excited to announce that the Ocotillo East Valley Reading Council is beginning anew. Thanks to all of you who have stepped forward, we now have many interested people taking on leadership roles. And, our membership is growing!
Membership:
New members bring new ideas and energy to our organization. Your membership and your input will be a valued asset to the Ocotillo East Valley Reading Council as we continue rebuilding. Membership dues are $30.00 for a regular membership and $15.00 for full-time students and retired professionals. Your dues include membership in the Arizona Reading Association, a subscription to The Arizona Reading Journal, and reduced registration costs at all OEVRC and ARA programs. Calling all East Valley educators, authors, parents and community members interested in literacy in Arizona! We are excited to announce that Ocotillo East/East Valley Reading Council is reforming! East Valley communities have been growing rapidly, and we want to respond to the call to offer the great programs and services that the Arizona Reading Association provides in locations that are convenient to East Valley residents. You can look forward to community literacy events, educator professional growth opportunities and networking very soon.
Join us in the unique time as our council begins to plan for the 2010-2011 school year.
